投资ing substantively in growing on- or off-campus initiatives (such as becoming an institutional member of the National Center for 教师 Development) to provide professional development, 培训, 和 formalized mentorship opportunities for minoritized faculty to support their promotion, 任期内, 和 pathways to academic leadership.
